GROUP A
France
Boasting one of the strongest squads at the Euro 2016, the hosts will go in as one of the favourites to claim the silverware. With two of the world's most inform midfielders (Kante and Pogba) and and a deadly front three who have been on top form (Griezmann, Martial and Payet), France headline group A.
Key Player- Paul Pogba
This tournament, for quite some time, has had that this will be his tournament. Expect the Juventus midfielder to dominate games, and bring his distinctive influence to carry in the final third of the pitch.
Last time at the Euro's- 2012
Knocked out of the tournament in the Quarter Final by eventual winners, Spain. Finished second in group D, which consisted of England, Sweden and Ukraine.
Young player to watch- Anthony Martial
Manchester United's best purchase of the 2015/16 season will have big things expected of him. Martial has a lot of weight on his shoulders after the expectation level was raised, due to his great form. The young winger/striker will work alongside world class striker Antoine Griezmann, with many great things anticipated from the pair.
Prediction-
Should win it. Saying should because they are at home and have some of the classiest youngsters in the world. But I believe they will make the final. What they do in the final, time will have to tell.
Romania
Having only ever won one of their 13 games at the European Championship, the Tricolori will hope to be causing and an upset at the 2016 edition of the tournament.
Key player- Vlad Chiriches
His country's key centre back and the best known player, will be leading Romania to a hopeful berth into the knockout stage. Currently at Napoli and struggling for minutes, the defender has a big task ahead of him in France.
Last time at the Euro's- 2008
Finished third in the group which had France, Italy and the Netherlands, they surprised with two draws and a loss. Keeping France to stalemate and Italy to a 1-all draw, Euro 2008 could be deemed a success for the unsuccessful nation. Going down to a strong Dutch team 2-0 was no surprised but they did show some fight.
Young gun- Nicolae Stanciu
In a fairly old squad, Stanciu at 23 is the third youngest in the squad. A highly rated attacking midfielder the compact Romanian is capable of making an impact in the final third at this edition of the Euro's/
Prediction-
Finish third in the group and get knocked out at the round of 16.
Albania
Set to make their debut at a major tournament, just making the group stages is a remarkable effort in it self. Finish third in this group and they will exceed all expectations.
Key player- Helseld Hysaj
The 22 year old right back, who joined Napoli last summer for $10 million euros, has high expectations to keep it tight at the back. Has a bright future ahead of him and can have a breakout tournament if solid.
Young gun- Ergys Kaçe
The young defensive midfielder will be Albania's creative spark at the 2016 edition of the Euro's. Playing for Greek club PAOK, he has struggled to show his full potential. With a powerful shot, an eye for picking out a pass and a great touch he is an asset to Albania's midfield.
Prediction-
Will probably finish last in the group, will be a huge story if they even finish third in the group.
Switzterland
After missing out on the 2012 Euro's, Switzerland will look to get into the knockout stage of the Euro's for the first time at this years edition of the Euro's. With a squad boasting some world-class players the Red Cross will be hoping these stars shine, with Xherdan Shaqiri, Breel Embolo, Granit Xhaka and Stephan Lichtsteiner to name a few.

Scored a hattrick at the last world cup for Switzerland, scored a few crackers for Stoke and has showed that he is capable on the big stage for the national team, his expectations to be feeding young talent Breel Embolo scoring chances and putting some away himself are high. Expect him to be working non-stop and the engine in the Alpine team.

The young Basel striker has shown he has a lot of potential, scoring 9 goals this season in the Swiss super league. If he scores 2 or 3 expect a few big clubs to be sniffing as this man has a big future.
